I work as a recipe developer, menu consultant, stylist, photographer and culinary video director. If you’ve already taken a look at my recipes and photography on this blog, you’ll know I have an appetite for innovative dishes, vegetarian cuisine and beautifully-styled food.
I have 10 years experience in recipe development, eight of which I have spent developing new recipes for brands. From product integration in bespoke text and picture recipes through to product placement in social media video, I’m able to use data and insights to power creative content projects across multiple digital platforms. Each piece is aesthetically engaging, original and carefully targeted to the audience demographics specified by the client.
I currently shoot stills and video with a Canon DSLR camera and my iPhone 7 and edit using Adobe PhotoShop and Final Cut Pro X.
I can work with restaurants to design creative vegetarian and vegan food with global appeal, from individual dishes through to full menus. Using the latest data and insights in the food space, we can work together to design a menu your customers will come back for again and again.
If you want to work with me on a project I would love to hear from you. You can get in touch with me at sanjana[at]korasoi.com.
